Acquisition And Merger Complete

Effective January 1, 2009, United Agri Products Distribution Inc. (UAPDI) and Western Farm Service (WFS) and Crop Production Services, Inc. (CPS) have merged into one company called Crop Production Services, Inc.

In addition to consolidating under one name, the CPS logo is also changing. In the coming months, our websites will reflect the one company name, logo and website under Crop Production Services. There will be no change to the Loveland Products Inc. (LPI) name.

The success of our company and our customers is dependent upon our people, not our name. As Crop Production Services, our mission statement is:
